IDA ALERT: Urgent situation in Bakersfield CA! Over 40 dogs and puppies have been dumped at 3 locations in Bakersfield, CA. They are being shot, eaten, and are dying of heat exhaustion. We are aiding activists in the area but we can’t do this alone. 4 brave activists go weekly to put out food and water. Because they can’t go each day, there are 3 DAYS that these dogs do not have any food or water - and it’s over 100 degrees there.
