Every December, members, friends, and distinguished guests of VFW Post 1 come together to commemorate the anniversary of the founding of The First Post and the Veterans of Foreign Wars in 1899 in Denver, Colorado. The evening honors the founders, the VFW, Veterans of all conflicts, individuals, organizations and the community that supports Post 1 and all Veterans. In order to continue our tradition and host our event, we need dedicated attendees like yourself to help us make an impact in our Veteran community each and every day. You are a part of our community and without you, none of our work and accomplishments would be possible. After many years striving to renovate our building and the impact of COVID-19 on our operations, we have many reasons to celebrate come December 3rd `this includes you! All Proceeds goes towards the Post 1 Relief Fund, that helps Veterans and their families with emergency needs, such as emergency temporary shelter, vehicle repairs, power bills, etc. This year all Tables will be large 8 top tables giving more elbow room and wheelchair room for all, in a new larger venue at The Westin Westminster with plenty of Free Parking as well as Valet parking. a special room rate TBA soon. to be a Sponsor click here
