Please park at Shepard's Funeral Home (just to the right of Boston Connect). Our next speaker is: Stephen Trudeau Stephen is the owner of Tru Design a design-to-build contractor based in Weymouth MA. On top of running his construction business, Stephen owns and manages a 60-unit appartment complex out of state, along with local smaller multifamily properties. His newest project is a development in Maine with plans to potentially turn them into short-term rental properties.  BYOB, but there will be plenty of food there (appetizers, pizza, etc).
