We are taking our Yoga & Sound Healing event to a whole new level by adding a one-of-a-kind retreat experience. Start the morning with a captivating speaker on nutrition, followed by an hour of yoga and a 15-minute sound bath. After some deep relaxation, enjoy a farm-to-table lunch and an exclusive shopping experience with some of our area’s most unique holistic vendors! Meet your retreat leaders: This retreat is led by Dana & Madison, a mother-daughter healing duo that share their tools for healing and relaxation with the community. Madison Tuohy is a licensed Yoga Therapist, Mental Health Advocate & Wellness Educator and is passionate about empowering people through yoga. Madison works individually with clients to help restore balance in the mind, body, and spirit.
