This experience was created to help people release tension and stress in a creative way and learn how to better strengthen their mental health practices through a variety of mediums. We will be enjoying a canvas painting session instructed by Free Mind Creations followed by a guided wellness activity. This month’s guests are Ray and Nick Achille from Balance Period! We will have snacks and drinks for you to enjoy, but feel free to bring blankets, yoga mats, or other items to relax and enjoy comfortably.
