Join us Saturday July 16th for our first Yoga & Mimosas. Be ready for community wide yoga, meditation, and networking. Please bring a yoga mat, journal, towel, water and whatever else you need for the practice. Classes are for men and women of all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.
