looking for small/medium breed puppy

We are looking to adopt a small to medium breed puppy we are checking shelters but hard to find one that will be under 25lbs. That being said we prefer a female and that it be a purebred dog so we know the general size it will get.. papers are not required something like a chihuahua,dachshund,jack Russell,miniature pitcher…etc prefer one that won’t be too long haired. Willing to pay adoption fee up to $250 no more than that if the puppy is already ready to go!! If not ready we May be willing to pay a little bit more depending on breed but not much Please don’t contact me with puppies for $400+++ I’m not interested and it would just waste both of our times this is after all a rehoming site.
