Celebrating all of our collective achievements, special memories and friendships, is the driving force behind this event, an opportunity to get together one more time.Friday night-- South Branch Tavern Grille 100 S. Wacker -- 6:00 - 10:00 Come join us for an informal start to the weekend at the South Branch Tavern, beginning at 6:00pm CDT. We will begin the celebration right along the Chicago River with food, beverage and much reminiscing as we gather to share EOP memories and plenty of laughter. Your ticket includes 3 hours of an open bar, copious food and all the smiles you can stand. Kick off the weekend in style! Saturday night-- The Old Post Office 433 W. Van Buren -- 6:30-10:30 Now that you've greeted many of your EOP colleagues on Friday night, Saturday night is the time to get down to some serious partying, beginning at 6:30pm CDT on Chicago's largest rooftop terrace for cocktails and delectables. Then, we'll move inside for a full menu of food and drink, supplemented by a program featuring more memories and good times, followed by dancing until 11:30pm. Where the party goes from there is anyone's guess. Weekend tickets-- Weekend tickets provide access to both Friday and Saturday night events at an attractive discount . COVID Safety: As COVID continues to evolve, we strongly commit to address its impact on our event with thoughtfulness, sensitivity and transparency. Although we believe our timing in July does offer a sense of optimism, we will take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable event, up to and including postponement should conditions warrant. Refund Policy Ticket purchases are eligible for refund if requested by June 30, 2022, at 11:59pm EDT. Please send a request to [email protected]. Refunds will be for the ticket price only and excludes service charges and sales tax. Refund will be made to the original payment method only. After June 30, 2022, the following policies will be in effect: Between July 1 and July 14, 2022, at 11:59pm EDT, requests for refunds will be granted at 50% of ticket price (excluding service charges and sales tax). Please send a request to [email protected] July 15 and July 21, 2022, at 11:59pm EDT, requests for refunds will be granted at 25% of ticket price (excluding service charges and sales tax). Please send a request to [email protected] July 21, 2022, refunds will not be granted.In the event that we are unable to hold the event in July 2022, due to a surge in COVID-19 cases—either due to city/state mandates or at the discretion of the planning committee—we will make every effort to reschedule the reunion. If we are able to do so, we will provide a 30-day option to request a refund of ticket price (excluding service charges and sales tax. If we are NOT able to reschedule the reunion for whatever reason, all fees will be refunded less prorated expenses incurred.
