So, you have grown a bunch of herbs this year, but what comes next? Fresh herbs are easy to use (and we all know about pesto), but how do we save them for winter when fresh herbs are not readily available? Or how about making a gourmet herb oil? Maybe a refreshing drink? In this part demo, part hands-on class, we will make freezer-friendly herb mixtures, gourmet herb oils, and refreshing drinks.

FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest. Please select the proper ticket type as there is an additional cost.
