Hello! Welcome to our first annual First Responder’s Appreciation Day! Currently active police, fire and EMT receive free admission, a meal, 10 free raffle tickets and have the opportunity for a free flight with some of Hampton Airfield's most talented pilots. Flights will be given on a first come, first served basis and are available to active duty first responders only. A waiver must be signed and proof of active duty status is required to sign up. There will be numerous raffles, including a 50/50 raffle. We will also offer the following for free: bounce house, face-painting, corn hole, static airplane display, Manchester, NH Police K9 demonstration, SWAT vehicle, and comfort dog, a Portsmouth, NH fire truck and more! Kona Ice will be available for a fee. Proceeds will be donated to the NH Police, Fire, and EMS Foundation. Hampton Airfield 9A Lafayette Rd, Hampton, NH 03842-2600 2:00pm - 6:00pm PLAN AHEAD: -Tickets must be purchased prior to the event for $10 per person. Tickets are required for everyone, except currently active first responders. Ticket price includes a meal. -First responders receive free admission but must provide an ID proving active duty. Active first responders will receive 10 complimentary raffle tickets. Retired first responders will receive 5 free raffle tickets - please provide proof of former service. (all tickets will be at the raffle table) -"Kona Ice" accepts credit cards, apple pay, google pay, venmo, and cash. -Active first responders, please have your badge or department IDs ready at entrance! -Food provided by the Hampton Airfield Cafe + Vendors. Event Schedule: -2 pm to 6 pm -Event begins approximately at 2:00pm. Please do not arrive early, as the restaurant on site may be affected. -Sign up for your flight at the raffle ticket table (first come, first serve basis). -Bounce house is available all day. -Face-painting is available all day. -Food served all day. One meal per person. -"Kona Ice" serving from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. -K9 demonstration (all planes down at that time) time is TBD. -Airplane rides TBD, except will cease during the K9 demo. *Please be aware that emergency equipment/vehicles attending this event may be required to leave at any time. This may change the scheduled time of events.*
