Harris County Precinct One Commissioner Rodney Ellis is excited to account that funding continues to improvements at the Hill at Sims! Precinct One and Houston Parks Board will host an open house on Wednesday, July 20 at 6:30 PM. Attendees will learn about and share their thoughts on the upcoming Phase Two improvement plans to transform the Hill at Sims into a regional park. After the open house, there will be a short walking tour of the Hill at Sims. Light bites and refreshments will be provided.
