Project 1. Replace one piece of siding (about 20' up) Paint and seal the 12X20 deck Repair Stairs (5) Install 3 sets of handrails Install solar deck lights Install 1 exterior door 1 or 2 small repairs on deck lattice Pick up all trash from the yard and take it to the dump Stack lumber in the workshop Project 2. Install ceiling tile (15X18) Install molding (15X18) Install ceiling beams (2 rooms 15X14) Install 7 light fixtures Install 1 ceiling fan MUST have references Pictures of previous projects preferred Will Pay $150 for gas if more that 25 miles out
