Join us on Saturday, July 9th for a Wine and Chocolate experience in beautiful downtown New Glarus, hosted by the Heidi Folk Festival Organization. Shop, Sip & Savor the wonderful flavors of unique wines and chocolates while contributing to a great cause. All proceeds benefit the Heidi Folk Festival's educational scholarship fund & the Annual Heidi Play performance, held the last weekend of June. Wine & Chocolate Experience Details: Enjoy hand-selected delectable chocolates inside the downtown storesDiscover new wines at several of the wine sampling stationWater will be available throughout the walkExplore the historic downtown shops and take advantage of specialsTickets may be purchased on the day of the event (cash only)Registration will be from 4 p.m - 5:30 p.m at the Swiss Historical Museum on the day of the event. 612 7th Ave, New Glarus.Participation of wine sampling requires an ID (proof of legal drinking age) to receive wristband, fun commemorative glass, free bottle of water and map of participating businesses. No samples will be poured prior to 4 p.mAs the experience is indoor at the participating businesses, there is no rain date.Participants who purchase tickets that include wine tastings: No ID = No hand-stamp; No hand-stamp = No wine.
