I Am A Queen will kick off the “I Am Worthy” Teen Empowerment Conference on Sunday July 17 at 2 p.m. at the Marylene F. Griffin Community Center, 5301 Hilltop Road, Greensboro, N.C. 27407. The conference will focus on helping girls discover their work through art and STEM. The conference is free for girls ages 10-18. Registration is required. The Janie B. Dye Memorial Scholarship will be presented to three candidates Our keynote speaker, Cheena H. Simmons, owner of BreakoutMindset Coaching will set the tone of the conference with her dynamic message on "I Am Worthy."
