The Ancestral Health Symposium (AHS) is an intimate event that brings together a community of scientists, healthcare professionals, and health enthusiasts who collaborate to understand health challenges from an evolutionary perspective.
AHS is unique in that the talks are academic, but then we get up out of our seats and move, dance, play, or do sessions like breathwork. We also go outside throughout the day for movement sessions. Attendees tell us that they love this hybrid aspect of the symposium and feel like the atmosphere is welcoming and builds community and connection.
AHS22 will be at UCLA and will include talks, posters, movement sessions, workshops, and a welcome dinner.
AHS is run by the Ancestry Foundation, a 501(3)(c) nonprofit organization.
