During this monthly event we will begin with a 45min yoga session with Randii. She will be teaching a yoga flow where we will learn to yoke the body with the breath while listening to the latest songs. Breathing techniques and meditation skills will also be cultivated. Bring a mat!

Afterwards, we will end the night with food, drinks, socializing, and painting. Paint, paintbrushes, and canvases will be provided 🎨
