Description

It is now our desire to build senior citizen 2-bedroom apartments within the community of Gaffney. The initial goal is twelve apartments with a clubhouse and common areas. The townhomes will be suitable for the needs of the aging population. It will have an emphasis on safety, accessibility, adaptability, and longevity that many housing options lack. The kickoff event will be held Saturday, July 23, 2022. The honored speaker will be Mr. Jason Raye Avant former NFL Wide Receiver with the Philadelphia Eagles, The Carolina Panthers, and the Kansas City Chiefs.
