A workshop led by Ashleigh from Clarity Self-Care & Angelea from Suga Skincare Wellness & Esthetics to honor the full super moon in Capricorn. We will meditate on manifesting new energy and nourish our being with a grounding cacao ceremony. By opening our heart to compassionate self-reflection we invite love & gratitude in this space. We move through to free movement & breathwork guided by Ashleigh. We end the ceremony by allowing the frequencies of our work to integrate as we surrender to the sounds of healing designed by Angelea & Ashleigh.
