Looking for an older cat

Hello, I am looking for an older cat to adopt! Preferably 5+ years, although a little younger is fine as long as they're more mellow/calm. I'm looking for an affectionate cat, but not a super energetic cat. Also would prefer if they are spayed/neutered, but I can take care of that. I plan on keeping my cat inside 100% of the time, but I do have a fenced back patio where they could relax outside. I also do have an older dog who's very polite and gets along well with cats, so it's very important they get along with dogs! Or at least tolerate them. Please let me know if you have a cat that may be a good fit! Willing to pay a rehoming fee and willing to travel within reason of Vancouver.
