Description
I am 5'11'' 230 lbs.
I can bench 225 (just an example of where my strength is)
Leg Day is a heavy day as well.
I am looking to lose 30 lbs. and would like to do some more cardio.
I usually hit the gym early in the A.M. (semi-flexible after some communication)
I am looking for a GYM Partner that can push me as well as maintain similar weight/reps in exercises.
***ONLY LOOKING FOR A GYM PARTNER/BUDDY TO HIT THE WEIGHTS***
Light weight as well as High Intensity is something I would be interested in as well.
