Repair or Replace all Bird/Vent Blocks and seal off all open areas

I need all bird/vent blocks either repaired or replaced. I also need all gaps and cracks around the rafter tails and anywhere around the siding that is open to be completely sealed up. I also need 1 way bat doors installed around multiple areas around the bird / vent blocks. Basically my issue is that some bats have got in to those areas and I need everything closed off and sealed so bats can no longer enter those areas and then I need 1 way trap doors installed so they can only exit and can no longer enter those areas. You will need at least a 30ft. Extension ladder to get this job done. I need some bids asap. I want this done sooner then later.
