Janitorial Services and Snow Removal on 3 Small Buildings

Hello, I have a 6, 7, and 4 unit building that currently need janitorial services in their hallways etc, as well as snow removal when that time comes. I am looking for someone already doing this work consistently and reliably with some sort of online reviews/credibility who can give me an annual contract for both janitorial and snow removal services. I am looking to pay $100 per month per building for janitorial services and snow removal. I would also like to use them for my unit turn overs when cleaning is required between tenants, for $25 per hour, this of course can probably be in combined trips.
