The original poster, poses the following question: Abortion vs. killing a pregnant girls baby before she gives birth. (everywhere) I have a simple question. If people say the fetus is not a baby until it takes its 1st breath. People say that an abortion is not murder. If Abortion is not murder, Then If someone kicks or punches a pregnant women and the unborn baby dies, should they charge that person who kicked and punched the pregnant women with murder? Since we are in Western NY, arn't we? how about you come up with a specific case in Western NY where an unborn baby dies and a person is charged with murder and we will see if we can backtrack and get you an answer. The reason why I want a "local" case is since the republicans and libertarians want minimal federal involvement in their lives and since the current supreme court is lmplementing the republican/libertarian wish lets deal with a local case. Lets talk about NYS laws.
