My fence is about 20 years old and is in need of some minor repair. Certainly, doesn't need replaced. Having said that
I would like to accept a bid from someone with the experience to repair to the point that the property regains it curb appeal and the dog has a place to play.
Open to anything reasonable and open to doing this project in phases if you have other things going on currently.
