My name is Winston and I am one of the co-founders of Revent Global Our business works with landlords of rental properties in and around Woodland Hills and helps them ensure their properties are always rented by utilizing Airbnb to have short-term guests stay in their properties. We are looking to partner with a maid cleaning service in the city that can help us scale our business by ensuring that these properties are properly cleaned, re-stocked with supplies, and prepped for the next guest (similar to what you would experience in a hotel). We are specifically looking for a cleaning company that has had experience working with short-term rentals and can help us with the following: ● Expertise in cleaning rooms, homes, condos, etc. within the strict timeline of 11AM - 4 PM - the window between when guests check in and check out of our properties ● Perform various cleaning duties ● Provide linen/towel service for each new guest ● Replenish inventory supplies when low - including, but not limited to toiletries, paper towel, soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, etc. ● Work with our online scheduling system to manage cleaning bookings and can easily communicate with our company We are looking to aggressively expand within the city of Los Angeles and are seeking a cleaning company that has a willingness to grow with us.
