Experienced painters and house cleaners needed. Please read entire ad before responding. Most of our work is painting and cleaning vacant apartments in the Huntsville, Madison areas. We do some occupied residential work as well. We are looking for 1 or 2 experienced interior painters and 1 or 2 experienced cleaning people to join our crew. Full time or part time, we have a lot of work but can be flexible on your schedule if you need. We pay every Friday. Pay is based on experience and performance. We offer bonuses for achieving realistic daily goals. We offer a paid 30-minute lunch break and work Monday through Friday. Every position is a 10-99 position. Painters: Minimum hourly is $15 per hour if you have some experience. Up to $20 hourly if you are experienced and quick. Up to $25 hourly if you are really quick and talented. You should have your own tools, but we are negotiable on that. Cleaners: Minimum hourly is $15 per hour if you are experienced. Up to $20 hourly if you are extremely experienced. We supply all the cleaning tools and supplies. To qualify you MUST have a valid driver’s license, be a US Citizen, have your own vehicle, have no felonies, and have at least 3 years’ experience in the position that you are applying for.
