Need a Sump pump installed. NO digging. Lift up the Lid, take off PVC pipe (with a large Cresent wrench) which is attached to the pump, pull up old pump and wire the new pump.. just like the old one. 45 minutes max. Another project is to install a fan control switch for ceiling fan if you can and have time. Both less than 2 hours. Bid job. Already have the new pump.
