Hey y'all! I'm a local dog groomer with over a decade of experience and extensive behavioral and positive reinforcement training knowledge. I have managed several salons, and now I'd like to work for myself. I'm going to open a fear free, luxury, kennel bank free, low stress, one on one grooming studio to serve dogs and their people in Leander/Georgetown/Round Rock/ Cedar Park and surrounding areas. I have all the hardware necessary... Now I just need the location and building. I'd really love to convert a small cabin or shed into a cute and functional grooming space for just myself and the dogs I'm working with. My question to our wonderful community... Would anyone allow me to rent a very small bit of their land for my salon? I would need access to water and electric, space for the small cabin (does not need to be a permanent fixture), space for one to two cars max for parking, and a flexible landlord. Your personal dogs would have access to free, caring, and thorough maintenance grooming regularly. :) I can provide projected numbers, references (both clients and employers), pricing and services- for serious inquiries only.
