ASSISTANT FOR DOG DAY SCHOOL P/T

Assistants needed for M-F positive reinforcement based dog day school. This is a PART TIME position with various shifts available. Morning shifts are 8:00-1:00 and afternoon shifts are 2:00-6:00/6:30. Compensation is $12.00/hr. Assistants also get one free dog training class and 20% off any additional classes. Duties include taking dogs 8wks-2yrs out for potty breaks, supervising and moderating play sessions, bring dogs in to the building during morning drop-off (8:00-9:00am) and handing them off to pet parents during evening pick-up (5:00-6:00+). There are also cleaning duties including floors, crates, bathroom, and doorknobs. We use a nontoxic antimicrobial cleaning solution that kills Parvo, Covid, and other pathogens. You MUST be fully vaccinated against Covid. All employees and any visitors to the facility are required to wear a mask while indoors. There are no exceptions to this policy as long as Covid is pandemic. All activities of the day school have a training component and assistants have the opportunity to learn positive reinforcement training techniques and philosophy.
