Working for Mark Rumpke - Driveway Dumpsters and KRR Real Estate. I have a position open working for Dillon Vowell who is my maintenance manager for 30 properties including a few commercial buildings. Dillon needs another employee to help him maintain, rebuild, and sometimes build from scratch the 30 or so properties he takes care of. On top of that we will need someone to operate an Excavator and large grinder to work in the Recycling operations here at Driveway Dumpsters. Job will be year round. Average hours is 40 to 50. We don't work less than 40 hours a week - NEVER. YOU WILL NOT FIND BETTER PEOPLE TO WORK FOR. We are here to make money but Employees are Family so it's not at their expense. Ask anyone who works for me. Job Requirements * Reliable Transportation & Good Driver's License to drive Company Truck * Ability to Show Up Everyday on time and work hard even when people aren't looking * Able to work Saturdays when needed during Emergencies * Ability to maintain and operate Equipment - get dirty, stay disciplined, read an operator's manual Preferences but not required - We can teach skill but we hire quality. Rather have a person dedicated that shows up every day than a Skilled Craftsman who is lazy and absent. * Construction, Maintenance, or Handyman experience * Drywall Repair & Painting * Minor plumbing and electrical repairs * Flooring Job typically is 7:30 am until 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday with 1/2 hour for lunch Office is in Loveland Mileage Reimbursement if you own your own truck.
