Shop helper needed for local industrial service provider in Springfield. This would be a full-time position Duties would include but not be limited to: Assembly/Disassembly Painting/Sand Blasting Cleaning Delivery Required Attributes: Good Attitude - We are looking for someone who is positive and works well with others Hard Working - We are looking for people that want to be productive and learn skills that will help you and the company Team Player - We are a small company that takes pride in our ability to work as a team to accomplish tasks Willingness to Learn - There will be a lot of different things to do and learn so nobody gets stuck in one particular task Consistency - You will need to show up to work consistently and be on time consistently unless you have coordinated being late or time off Flexibility - You will need to have an ability to change job functions pretty regularly.
