Unfortunately, on occasion they need some technical advice, that's where you come in, the Installer support manager will be the face of the organization in technical requirements and recommendations internally and externally. He/She will interact with contractors on installation, dealers, Sales, and Customers throughout the order cycle, and the Sales Support teams on technical data construction requirements along with “one-off custom” requests Installation support, assist and train installers on the key aspects of installing our product. Act as the primary resource when an installer has an issue in the field. Work with the dealer to resolve issues on site.. Permitting- assist in the process of facilitating appropriate permitting. Knowledge of permit process, regulations and building codes is a plus. This position is responsible to ensure that permit packs are completed in a timely and correct manner using construction concepts that can be completed by an average crew in the field. Problem Solve, work with dealers to determine the cause of the problem. Work with team to develop a short and long-term corrective action plan.
