A bourbon sampling class to learn about what it is and what it isn't. Learn what bourbon is and what it isn’t, how to taste bourbon and explore a few different types of bourbon. Attendees will receive a tasting sheet, flavor wheel, and a glencairn glass to take home to continue exploring bourbon. With Shannon Hood- Chief Whiskey Enthusiast and Assistant Distiller for Tahwahkaro Distilling Co. She is also an Executive Bourbon Steward, certified through Moonshine University in Louisville, KY. There will also be a question and answer portion of the evening to answer all your bourbon questions and a time for mingling and networking as well.
