Shift Hours are 5:00pm-3:30am Sunday, Monday, Thursday & Friday. Days off: Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday Job Description: This position contributes to Charlie's Produce success by accurately preparing and verifying the paperwork for outgoing drivers' books and efficiently processing paperwork for our will call customers. Additional functions of the Data Entry Clerk include printing pick tickets, order maintenance, invoicing, answering customer phone calls, providing courteous service, and accurately entering customer orders into the order system, helping customers with questions about their account, or forwarding customers to the correct resource to get the help they need. Desired Minimum Requirements: •Ten Key by touch / 5,000 key strokes per hour •One year of data entry experience preferred •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Proven problem solving skills and are able to deal with a variety of details simultaneously •Basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets (Excel) •Order taking experience a plus •All new hires must pass a pre-employment drug test Supplemental Information This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary the Department of Homeland Security with the information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
