Multi Air Services Engineers, Corp (MASE) is a Facility’s Engineering and Maintenance company that specializes in smart buildings and energy management for Federal Buildings in the US and Puerto Rico. Job Descriptions: Responsible for performing all preventive maintenance work related to plumbing, architectural and minor electrical assets as described on the asset list preventive maintenance plan. Responsible for having materials and tools onsite and in advance for preventive maintenance. Responsible for responding to urgent tenant or GSA issues and coordinating resolution with the Supervisor. Responsible for the filling of the work orders/ inspection forms and preventive maintenance checklist related to plumbing electrical and architectural work. Responsible for completing work orders / preventive maintenance checklist for equipment not necessarily under its primary duties if deemed necessary by the corporation.
