FIVE of the justices sitting on the current Supreme Court were nominated by presidents who lost the popular vote. FOUR of the justices lied to Congress on whether or not they would vote to overturn Roe v. Wade. THREE of them were appointed by a twice impeached President who led a violent insurrection against our Government in an attempt to stay in office despite losing re-election. TWO have been credibly accused of sexual assault and harassment, but were confirmed anyway. ONE justice refuses to recuse himself from cases related to that insurrection despite his wife’s direct involvement in pressuring lawmakers to pursue the attempted coup.
