Property manager seeks experienced HVAC technician to re-install HVAC condenser, charge it and make sure it is fully operational. Also seeking to reconnect the zone system (4-zones by UltraZone). Must have own tools, transportation and be able to re-charge with 410A gas. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an offer for employment.
