Rehoming a puppy

I am in the Kansas City Missouri area and there were 22 puppies dumped in random areas around this county and and the next county over. These puppies were left in closed totes in extremely hot weather to die. I have rescued one of the puppies. Shortly after that I found that my landlord sold my house and I am unable to keep the puppy. She has had her first shots and have taken worm meds, had her flees and ticks removed. She checked out healthy on Saturday June 25th. They stated she was English Pointer and Rottweiler mix also she is between 8 and 9 weeks. She will come with a pup crate, her baby blankets and toys, plus starter food. I named her NYX and she is just starting to come to that name.
