We are looking for an experienced helper for a contractor that will be remodeling apartments. This person must be able to take direction and dependable. Have significant experience working in this kind of environment as well. The job will consist of helping our maintenance team and contractor prepare our apartments for future move ins. This can consist of some construction, painting, floors, some carpentry, and some landscaping no necessary experience but it would be great if you do. We offer competitive pay!
