I need an experienced food prep person to work in my food truck. I am working the Zed Dead Concert in Civic Center Park on July 4th. Pay is: $20/hr, plus tips. Work Times are: Noon until 10pm. Cash paid daily. My Cook will cook a burger, and you will prepare the hamburger bun with lettuce, tomato, onions, add fries and serve. You may operate the firer for french fries, onion rings, and mozzarella cheese sticks. Easy stuff. Please do not reply, if you do not have at least 6 months experience, preparing these or similar items. I will know in 5 minutes, by watching you on the prep-table, if you have the experience or just lied. If interested, send me your name, phone, email and a resume or work history.
