Job is the following: Build a, a' x 28' wood deck ar estimated 24" Height W/ Rails and possibly 3 Flower boxes/benches Install New front entry door 36" x 80" in placed of an existing 48" x 48" replacement vinyl window Door should be 36" w/ 12" Sidelight R & R 4 -sliding glass doors 72"x 80" Frame in 2- New Vinyl replacement windows and 1 smaller frosted privacy window in new bath... Frame in openings where slider were Cover with OSB Sheeting 1/2", Install 1- Exterior grade set of 72" x 80" French Doors, Complete all trim work and install insulation in newly framed areas..and doors and windows Cover OSB and wood siding with Fan Foam Board Insulation, Install roughly 300 SF Vinyl Siding and trim Install 11' x 22' 1/2 " Sheetrock drywall and purple board in new bathroom. Hang, Tape, Mud, Prime. Build an interior 2" x 4" x 11' Partition Wall Install new Bath/shower unit,install toilet and vanity sink and mirror and light above vanity Install one interior door in new partition. Plumbing for new bath-open stud walls, Install 2-3 GFCI Outlets and 3-Electric outlets in the converted sunroom..
