Landlord is looking for a dependable, capable person with good communication skills who can help me do various repairs at some rental properties. This is not a full time job -- just work requests as needed. I need occasional help in both the east and west valleys - so please let me know which one you're interested in (or both). Work can be performed during the day, on evenings or on weekends if you prefer, but I'm looking for someone who has reasonably good availability -- so a retired person with the right skills would be a good candidate, or maybe someone who fixes things for other landlords and is looking for more work. Tasks could include things like swapping out a dishwasher, a microwave, or a disposal, minor plumbing fixes like changing out a valve or replacing a faucet, trimming a tree, irrigation repairs, minor appliance repairs, etc. You may be able to do some tasks and not others. Just let me know what you're experienced doing, and have some references so that I can confirm. $35/hour. Must have your own transportation and tools. Chosen applicant(s) will also need to be able to text me pictures of work that's been completed, and will ideally be able to accept Zelle or Paypal for payment.
