Looking for certain 45 rpm records will pay $. Don't sit on treasure!

Hey there! I'm looking for certain records, and you're looking for cash, right? So.... If you got those old 45 records laying around (especially 50s 60s 70s), I can either buy them outright from you, or help you determine if any have any value. I'm collect only a certain market, and my selfish hope in doing this is to find some of the rare records I've been looking for (for which I'll pay you a fair value of $5, $20, $100, and in some cases more, each). Any of the ones that I'm not interested in, I do NOT have time to sell/auction/"flip". I will point you to some good guys who own record stores, or advise you if you're better off auctioning the item. Thanks! -Mike PS- I cannot come see every collection, no matter how big it is, without a few photos and a sampling of the records inside. Looking for artists and bands most people never heard of, and 99% of them don't come in picture sleeves. So I'm not worried if they don't have sleeves. I can't tell you how many people through these away and could be throwing away thousands of dollars!
