FULL OR PART TIME: Looking for 2 onsite independent contractors / Maintenance personnel / skilled handymen to maintain equipment and other repairs at our 3 hotels near Mankato, New Ulm and Redwood Falls area. Past experience at a hotel or similar desired. Must have good handyman experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall taping/painting, carpet install, air conditioning/HVAC etc. Compensation: $20/hr less cost of the accommodation. Increases to $24/hour after a year. Valid driver license and own vehicle preferred, although not necessary. Must have clean background and be dependable. Please email your contact info.
