Rebozo classes are offered in group or private settings. The rebozo is a special part of Mexican heritage and tradition that can provide benefits to all who understand and use it. Each class will offer information on the history and traditional use of the rebozo along with the applicable use and benefits available to all cultures today. Each class includes a traditional, hand-woven rebozo for you to keep and a reference guide, so you don’t have to memorize each use! Participants also have access to my lending library of books and receive a discount on other products and services. I do offer payment plans and am open to barter, just contact me to discuss! The full class can take 6-8 hours in a group setting and is divided over two days in sessions of 3-4 hours each. A private class is often completed in one 4-6 hour class, or can stay divided over two days at your preference. For those interested in the rebozo only for use in labor, I offer a shortened rebozo class that is approximately 2 hours long. It does not cover any use during pregnancy, postpartum, or other aspects of life, but focuses only on the rebozo techniques useful during labor.
