Looking for a handyman to do some light demo removing old tall, framing and drywall in an entryway and then replacing the flooring and drywall. Once completed with that painting the interior. Area is roughly 12x24. If quality work is completed there is opportunity for more work. Pay by the hour once the work is complete.
