I manage 10 short term vacation rental properties in Seattle (one in Bellevue). I am seeking a dependable person, team or company to clean between guests. The required cleaning checklist typically takes 2-4 hours to complete each property including running laundry. Each property has more than one set of linens so beds can be made and towels put out while the laundry runs the linens for next time. Hours for guests check-out is 11:00 am and check in is 4:00 PM. on average, there is 1-2 to clean per day. $30 per hour with at least 2 hours minimum per property. If you are only interested in a few nearest your home, I could assign you or your team to the ones most convenient to you. Area 1: N. Beacon Hill & Capitol Hill- 5 units. Area 2: Condos (with parking you can use) near the Seattle Aquarium on Alaskan Way. Currently 2 active units with 3 more on the way in next couple weeks. Area 3: Close-in Fremont, N Seattle: 1 medium house & 1 medium townhouse. Stand alone large houses: Beaux Arts (Bellevue) 4 hour job minimum pay Magnolia near Discovery Park 4 hour job minimum pay West Seattle large house 4 hour job minimum pay
