Savoy Studios seeks to add a Project Manager to our team. This position requires a high level of organization, communication, and attention to detail. You can view some of our projects on our website. www.savoystudios.com Job Description: As a Project Manager for Savoy Studios your responsibilities would consist of: • Bid on new projects for clients. This consists of helping to figure out the necessary project steps, sourcing materials and the needed subcontractors. Then creating a bid and possibly presentation materials. • Managing Projects: Purchasing materials for the project and scheduling subcontractors. Coordinating with staff for parts of projects done in-house. Keeping open communication with all vendors, subcontractors, and the client from beginning to end of the project. • Support the artists in the studio / assist in the creative production side. Ideal Candidate: • Some project manager or construction experience. • Knowledge of Excel and Word. • Any computer drawing or drafting experience (CAD, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch up, etc.) • Detailed oriented • Excellent multi-tasker • Effective decision maker • Have an attention to detail in the field and in the office • Will be a creative problem solver with excellent follow through and strong communication skills. • Be a self-starter and able to take direction from others to get the job done in a collaborative manner Benefits: • Position pays by the hour.
