starting instrumental surf rock band in RVA

Guitarist looking to start instrumental surf rock band in RVA area. Looking for 2nd guitar, bass, drums. Open to horns (esp sax/trumpet) or keys if you also play guitar. Not sure about playing space, but we'll figure something out. Looking to have fun here, not become the next big thing or make it big. Mix of covers & originals, maybe some casual gigging eventually, definitely some recording in 2023 or '24.
