Description

We are seeking an individual to fully support our mechanical installation projects. The ideal candidate will be able to run multiple projects simultaneously under the supervision of the management team and following deadlines according to budget. Looking for someone who can effectively manage risk, maximize profits and further our relationship with customers. Primary Responsibilities: Support the completion of assigned projects from beginning to end Develop and manage schedule of values, equipment buyouts and subcontract scopes Coordinate project plan, as built drawings, coordination drawings, shop drawings, and construction schedules Work closely with upper management and office personnel to develop project requirements and determine project solutions Maintain correspondence with all necessary parties to expedite projects Create and execute proposals, submittals, change orders and all other required documentation Attend and effectively participate in project meetings Supervise field employees and sub-contractors Delegate tasks Manage contracts and relationships with vendors Assemble closeout packages including O&M manuals and warranty Manage special inspections, final invoicing, retention and customer satisfaction Required Skills/Qualifications: Experience of at least 2 years of successfully managing various HVAC projects in a commercial/industrial environment. Have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a variety of colleges. Self-motivated individual able to operate with minor supervision and willing to work varied hours to achieve goals. Valid Drivers License in good standing
